Records are kept for five years after your reinstatement or after you have been reproved. Othewise it sits in the box and rots until someone realizes you're not coming back and eventually dumps it. Records are still kept in Brooklyn as to who, why and when. Can't do much about it in the U.S. . I don't know about other countries.

some of us did just that and others didn't want any "privileges"!.
i knew some people, especially "sisters", that really wanted their relative or good friend to be appointed so they might "change things".

by sabastious ini have heard this from several witnesses.. the assert that it is insensitive to expose someone's faith as invalid without offering another more valid spiritual path.. "the jehovah's witnesses don't have the truth, because xyz.".
^ i have been accused of offering a disservice because i can't offer the answers to the questions that i am debunking as fradulent.. has anyone else ran into this obscure argument?.

Sabastious, I enjoyed your video. I think though that your subject was actually community responsibility, the idea that it is all for one and one for all. If anyone in the community sins the whole group is guilty. I often thought of how Jehovah could hold back his spirit from an elderly sister in the truth for 40 years or more because some stupid person had a cigarette in secret once in awhile. It made no sense. What the hell did she do to suffer for his mistake? So much for Jesus sacrafice covering our individual sins. APparently its a group rate. Thanks WT. Twits.

The tendency of man to go to war was one thing that legitimized the JW's for me. War is a construct of governments who's leaders seek their own benefit. Ok, Hitler had to go etc, but in general its been one investment strategy after another since then. All that death for what? So, I don't have a great respect for people who join the army to get an education and bitch when they are called on the government to murder innocent people for political reasons. That's your job so shut the hell up. No one kept my home safe by killing Iraqi men, women and children. So "I support the troops for providing my freedom" is bullshit. It's all about the Benjamins people.
